I’m thankful with Thanksgiving because I still live in “God’s country” a beautiful natural world that was exquisitely designed for our enjoyment!

I’m grateful to be alive at this exact time in history, in an unpolluted northern countryside, in the ease of 21st-century modern conveniences and privilege. BUT IF we don’t stop the greed from the use of fossil fuels, if global warming goes beyond the 1.5C temperature increase, humanity will destroy the last areas of beauty on our planet in this generation.

Enjoy it now.  And protect it from corporate greed…

I have heard wolf packs serenading each other in scales of wild harmony, echoing from one end of a meadow to the other. I have trampled wildflowers glistening in the morning dew. When each of us has a chance to connect with nature and let its loveliness, colors, patterns, life force, rhythms, and reason enlighten our minds, we witness the work of a very passionate designer. The question is, how do we fit into this earthly garden of design—and why are we in the garden?

And God said, "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness..."

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth...  I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree... yielding seed."

And God saw everything that he had made and, behold, it was very good.
