PART ONE
This post is hard for me to write because EVIL does not want to be exposed. EVIL infiltrates our world, subverts and conceals itself like a colorful chameleon against the backdrop of our lives. EVIL doesn’t need to hide in the dark anymore; it comes out in plain sight and parades itself as necessary, as normal.
How do you fight something like that?
- First, you have to recognize the enemy.
It is NOT them,
the Communists, the capitalists, the terrorists, the others.
Our enemy is invisible, broadcasting insidious thought patterns on indiscernible frequencies worldwide. This world, our planet, is saturated with EVIL. And that evil is the enemy of all people.
The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers... 2Corinthians 4:4 NIV Bible
“What? You think God’s in charge of this world right now? That’s sick.”
“Isn’t that what Christians believe?” you ask.
“No, you got it all wrong, dude.
Your premise is wrong! How could you think the horrific tragedies in the world’s calamitous condition are by God. Do you see the subtlety in the way Evil works – TRYING TO MAKE YOU BLAME GOD?
If you need someone to blame (besides the greed and destructiveness in the human species itself), why not blame the antagonist in the Human Story? Let’s give it a name. Call a spade a spade. Call it…the Dark Force, call it Satan or the Devil, Lucifer, the Great Dragon, the Father of Lies, the Accuser, or the Diabolical Ugliness. Evil has many names. The name Satan simply means the adversary of humans.
Do you know Satan or the Devil is mentioned eighty-two times in scripture? And yet…
We know that we are children of God, (but) that the whole world is under the control of the evil one. 1John 5:19 NIV Bible
We are so busy warring against each other, we’re blind to the real enemy of our entire human species. We don’t call evil out, we rationalize it, justify it, monetize it, and look the other way. We align ourselves to horrible self-serving governments of greed and become patriotic to their propaganda.
So no, God does not rule the earth right now. His government has not been established on our planet yet.
“WHY? BUT WHY NOT?” you ask.
Because humanity hasn’t asked Him to return. We haven’t asked God to set up his kingdom on Earth and make Him our King…
not yet, but we will.
