What makes Jesus Christ different from other prophets? ♥
His followers called him the Son of God. Jesus called himself the Son of Man. He was christened…with some kind of metaphysical power, and so his followers called him The Christ. And the moral concepts he taught are honored in most of the world.
He was born into a Jewish community but wasn’t accepted for the words he spoke. But then, God has no religion himself! He’s big enough for all of us.
Did you know that even verses in the Koran also talk about the birth of Jesus by a virgin, Mary (Qur’an, Surah 3:38-48)? Muslims also hold him in high respect and believe him to be a great prophet. But why? Because Jesus Christ said some outrageous things! (Click for links)
- Jesus said he came from heaven (which really means outer space) to give us good news about a kingdom, a government of God to be established on Earth.
- Jesus said we can be brothers and sisters with him (children of God) if we align ourselves with God’s kind of government.
- Jesus forgives our sins, heals our diseases, and frees us from oppression if we dare to believe and don’t doubt his love for us and his power to empower us.
- And if we believe in what he says, we’ll be manifested in spirit form into a celestial realm of existence!
Can all this really be true? Well, the events were witnessed and written down in history. Even today, the Jewish country of Isreal honours Christian history by setting aside these tourist destinations.
I’ve been to Jerusalem and seen the tombs, the one that supposedly Jesus was laid in. I saw the excavated home where Mary and Joseph lived. I stood where he gave his Beatitudes sermon on the mount, and I swam in the Jordan River. I prayed at the wailing wall inside Old Jerusalem and in the olive grove where he walked the night before his death on the cross. Oh, Jerusalem and the Golden Dome of worship.

THIS IS the GOOD NEWS! That JESUS came down to humanity as an ambassador from a kingdom out in space to give us his spirit!
A Holy Spirit! A sacred Spirit that can be downloaded at Christmas. A Christ-Consciousness! His presence is his present to us!

For your consideration, in today’s scientific world, heaven and the kingdom of God – rather than being described as “outer space” – can more accurately be described in a “dimension” beyond our physical dimension. God/Jesus is said to be everywhere and always around us. He is in a dimension that is completely intertwined in our dimension but not visible. Thus, He is not far from us, but right here.
